Originally a qualified technician, Designer, and Painter Ethiopian Capital G. become a hotel management student at the University of Hawassa and graduated on 2006.
By 2007 he was an assistant F&B manager in one of the high-end resorts in The Dreamland Ethiopia . but later joined the tour and travel industry being a junior tour package planner(2008) focusing on Bale Mountains National Park trekking route.
Capital's own interest in tourism was sparked partly by his parents' voracious traveling habits, Capital Joined the institute of hotel and tourism management (ITH). Being ITH-46 in October 2010.The particulars of Capital service at the hospitality industry are not significant. However, one can assume that he went beyond what was expected of him to be spoken of in such a way by so many colleague. capital tried to find the solution of poor communication at work place and come up with a genuine office design which ease communication at work places.His deeds in Design work are recognized and put in practice at his work place.
